General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Company
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are offered by EXPLENIUM CONSULTING, registered under number 853 055 747 with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is located at 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris.
2. Object
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of dietary supplements on the site
https://continuom.fr/. They specify the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller in the context of online sales.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product photographs are not contractual.
4. Awards
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges are specified when the order is placed and are payable by the purchaser.
5. Control
The buyer places an order online on the site. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. Once the order has been validated, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the buyer.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the site. Transactions are secured by an online payment service provider.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of ordering. The seller undertakes to dispatch the products within the time indicated when the order was placed. In the event of late delivery, the buyer will be informed by email.
8. Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties. Return costs are at the buyer's expense.
9. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity or defect of a product, the buyer may return it for exchange or reimbursement.
10. Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased.
11. Personal data
The information collected on the site is processed for the purposes of customer relations management and commercial prospecting. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, purchasers have the right to access, rectify and object to data concerning them.
12. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
